Lemurian Abbey

It has taken almost a year, I understand you hearld the light. I got badly lost. It is a wonderful sight to see the lantern. No wonder I am weary and foot sore. My clothes are in tatters, I need rest and a new habit.

I am not sure I am in quite the right place, but here goes.I enjoyed Enid Blyton books when I was a child. "The Famous Five" and
"Secret Seven" I enjoyed the adventures. Somehow I missed the "Faraway Tree" A different type of book. Susan Preston

Susan, you are in the right place. I loved the Famous Five and secret Seven books and I still have a few that I reread.

Thanks for your kind comments.I Keep getting lost.I tryed to start a blog at the abbey some years ago.I choose one I really liked and was learning how and it just disappeared.I am trying to find it. Anyway back to the books.I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.I enjoy reading your comments.
I also really enjoyed reading "The Railway Children"Probably because at The bottom of the garden over the fence like gate, was quite a busy railway line.I used to spend long periods of time there waiting and watching the trains and doing some necessary standing practice but I was far more interested in the trains.Who or what was on them and where did the people go!
